We are hiring STUDENTS and TEACHERS looking for holiday work, to lead activities at our camps based in Woodford Green and surrounding areas during the October and Christmas Holidays.

Next Thing Education - Company Description

Inspiring the next generation of Creators, Inventors and Coders through After-school clubs, holiday camps and teaching. The clubs & camps allow children to gain technical and logical skills from a young age, as well as being a great enriching childcare avenue for parents. Children can learn about app creation, Minecraft, Robotics, circuitry and engineering! They’ll use teamwork, make new friends and learn valuable new skills all at a local school. Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students ages ranging from 5 -11 year olds
- Manage and direct your own enthusiastic team of activity conductors
- Be the face of a government funded HAF camp for less fortunate children and parents within your local community
- Learn and navigate some of the latest and greatest tech.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Obtain the Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Have Effective classroom management skills
- Hold Strong organizational and time management skills
*Note: Additional skills may be required depending on the specific teaching position as Camp Manager or SEN Teachers (e.g. special educational Needs camps etc)*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance

Contract length: 1-6 weeks

Salary: £8.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
