Summary
I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for mechanical maintenance engineer to work on a commercial static site in Central London for a growing FM company.
- Salary Range: £48,000 - £49,000 + optional overtime
- Location: Static site in Central London in EC4
- 4 on 4 days & nights
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance.
- Reactive maintenance
- Mechanical Fault-Finding
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps - (seals, bearings, valves)
- Motors - (re-winds, overhauls)
- Cooling Towers
- Plumbing
- Chillers
- Boilers
Qualifications:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in mechanical engineering, plumbing & heating and/or Level 3 mechanical/pluming apprenticeship
- Building service experience
