Summary
We have a vacancy for an Exams & Data Assistant to join our busy and dedicated team of Support Staff at Croesyceiliog School.
The Data and Exams assistant will work with the Exams and data Manager to ensure the smooth maintenance of data and exams systems at Croesyceiliog school. Current data systems include (not an exhaustive list) SIMS (MIS), Classcharts, SMID, Schoolcloud, GCSEPOD and School Gateway.
The Data and Exams assistant will be part of a team of support staff working together to ensure that administrative process across the school are effective to ensure the daily smooth running of the school.
We are seeking someone who is a team player and can manage their time effectively. Someone who can thrive in a busy working environment and can deal with a wide range of stakeholders, with a strong focus on providing an excellent service and an eye for detail.
Some areas of focus of this role are, maintenance of data across a number of MIS systems, school admissions and school leavers, annual census and returns, accurate recording of students eligible for FSM.
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills with experience of developing and maintaining operation of administrative systems. Experience of Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets and word and exceptional numeracy and literacy skills.
