Evidence of range of specialist and sub-specialist experience relevant to post within NHS or comparable service Expertise in CBT or other therapeutic intervention to postgraduate level Significant experience of developing and leading outpatient/community CAMHS psychiatric care.Management/Audit Has led quality improvement projects/audits leading to service change or improved outcomes to patients Evidence of involvement with business planning of clinical services ResearchPeer reviewed publication Book publication
