Summary
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Specialist fit out Company. They do both residential and commercial projects Ranging from £3m – £10m specialising in joiner and carpentry all across London. The role is office based with occasional site visits and working along side the commercial team.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports
– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements
– Maintaining and building relationships with clients
– Produce monthly variations
About You
You MUST have Carpentry/ Joinery experience, anything but this and you will not be reviewed for the position.
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in West London. Ideally you will have 3- 5 years post qualification experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
