Summary

Work base: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Galw Gofal Service as a Team Leader. You will be leading a team of up to 12 Call Response & Support officers and supporting them in their development.

Galw Gofal is a bilingual 24/7 call monitoring service providing support for people in the community to maintain their independence or who require help with out of hours’ emergencies such as housing repairs.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our team to coordinate and provide support to this front line service.

Applicants will require good communication skills and ideally have experience of being in a leadership position and working within a busy office environment.

Due to the nature of the work, the post is subject to a satisfactory disclosure check from the Disclosure and Barring Service. The successful applicant will also be subject to vetting in line with BS7858.
