Job Purpose
Take incoming enquiries from sales team and customers. Produce quotes when needed. Respond to stock enquiries. Arrange delivery and collection of assets. Maintain accurate records of rental assets’ location, condition, and value. This position is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week, with a schedule of 5 hours per day from Monday to Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Take incoming enquiries from sales teams as well as direct from customer.
*Responding promptly to stock enquiries.
*Generating contracts on the computer system.
*Quoting customers if not via sales team.
*Raise building requests & liaise with warehouse
*Arrange transport to & from customer sites.
*Yearly checks that assets are still on site.
*Request PO numbers.
*Arrange collection of the assets.
*Visually check the assets on their return.
*Enter collection charges and terminate the contract on the system.
*Liaise with warehouse staff to ascertain the location of the asset and record data
*Weekly spot checks of hire asset locations and condition. Manage the process of any remedial action needed.
*Maintain the Equipment stock list, including correct serial numbers, sizes and locations.
*Working to weekly KPIs
*Ad-hoc duties when required
