We are looking for an Agency Administrator.
Customer Services/Call Centre Secretarial & Administration
This is the front door for Adult Social Care.
The phone lines are busy and administrator will need to be able to use LAS system to support call taking. Calls may be for advice, signposting, queries on open cases or creation of new cases. Calls can be sensitive in nature.
Basic DBS issued to current supplier with the last 12 months required.
Pay rate: £11.60 p/hr
