About Our Client: Our client is a leading retail manufacturer based in Tamworth, committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients. Due to continued innovation , they are seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join their team and contribute to their success.
Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our client's operations, performing tasks such as loading and unloading goods with both one and two-person teams. Heavy lifting is involved, so physical fitness and stamina are essential. This role offers ongoing full-time work with typical shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with paid shifts lasting approximately 9 hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading goods using safe manual handling techniques.
Working efficiently as part of one and two-person teams to meet productivity targets.
Ensuring the accurate and timely movement of products within the warehouse.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
