We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Functional Stakeholder Liaison Manager to design, implement, and manage an effective stakeholder engagement strategy. The successful candidate will oversee functional, programme, and project delivery activities to support stakeholder identification, analyse their needs and expectations, and develop innovative engagement solutions. Building relationships based on trust, openness, and respect will be central to this role. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and lead stakeholder engagement across diverse groups, including internal teams, regulators, and government bodies.

Key Criteria:

Proven experience in building and deploying stakeholder strategic plans
Strong ability to coach and train teams in stakeholder management techniques.
Expertise in writing and executing strategic plans, including stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and delivery processes.



Key Accountabilities:

Create, implement, and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy to foster strong internal and external relationships.
Lead stakeholder mapping activities and develop targeted campaigns to address specific needs, requirements, or concerns.
Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of stakeholder requirements, acting as a key interface to plan and execute interactions effectively.
Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the overall strategy, ensuring engagements (meetings, forums, workshops) achieve desired outcomes.
Produce and cascade stakeholder reports and papers, providing insights on stakeholder satisfaction and other key metrics.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track stakeholder satisfaction, reporting findings to senior leadership.
Lead the creation of targeted messaging, communication plans, and follow-up actions post stakeholder engagements.
