Requirements
You will have an HNC/SVQ3, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area or relevant work experience.Responsibilities
You will assist with the supervision and control of the activities of the Council Chambers' staff on a day-to-day basis and attend the Lord Provost and other Elected Members at civic and ceremonial occasions.The Individual
You will have experience of managing/supervision of staff, organising and allocating work as well as administrative and computer experience and experience of public speaking and of organising functions/events.You will have experience of Microsoft Office including Office 365, Word, Excel, good communication and organisational skills. The ability to work on own initiative
the ability to work effectively as part of a team is also essential.
You will have current driving licence, be able to work unsociable hours on a regular basis (weekends, evenings) and participate in a shift rota.
