A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a wonderful primary school, easily accessible from West Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey. We are looking for a well-motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a positive and nurturing environment. We offer flexible working options, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs (SEN).
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Help monitor and record the progress of students, providing feedback to the teacher.
- Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and on school trips.
- Prepare resources and materials for lessons and classroom activities.
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role supporting children.
- Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
- Monday to Friday, standard school hours.
