Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (without forklift license) / £14.06 per hour (with forklift license)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and flexible Logistics Operative to join our team in Royston. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who is ready to take on a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating site vehicles to move items efficiently across the site.
- Emptying skips and performing general site maintenance, including weeding.
- Handling deliveries and ensuring timely distribution of goods across the site.
- Supporting the team with any additional tasks as requested by the manager.
Requirements:
- Essential: A valid Driver's License.
- Preferred: A Forklift License (for higher pay rate).
Candidate Profile:
- Flexibility and willingness to perform a range of duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
