As a Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support within one of the UK's leading specialist care providers. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing environment for young people, focusing on therapeutic care and holistic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs.
- Work closely with the Support Workers, Deputy Manager, and Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
About You:
- Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent desirable.
- Experience working with children working with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge
- Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations is a plus.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people.
- Must be a driver to a car.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
