At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Beverage Manager to join our Conference and Events Team

As our Beverage Manager you will support our Director of Events Operations with the effective and efficient running of the hotels Beverage function within the Conference & Events team, with direct responsibility for maintaining the highest of standards to ensure guests’ expectations are consistently exceeded. As the beverage operational lead, you are a seasoned beverage expert experienced in selecting and pricing the Hotel’s beverage offering. You able to assist in constantly improving the hotels standards of operations. You are able to support, develop and coach your team, understand the staffing structure ensuring the appropriate staffing levels are maintained and the costs controlled in line with the staff rota focussing on the bars in the Conference and Events areas. You are passionate about delivering great service and great drinks to our guests!
