As part of our Homekey+ team, you’ll provide technical advice and assistance to vulnerable customers who wish to repair, adapt, or improve their homes. You’ll carry out surveys and schedule work to ensure consistent high-quality workmanship by Homekey+ and our contractors.

What you’ll be doing:
• Acting on referrals to design a wide range of adaptations or schemes, to meet customer needs.
• Undertaking site surveys and producing measured drawings.
• Producing preliminary costings, specifications, and schedules of work.
• Identifying property defects and assessing the required building work.
• Preparing surveys and reports on property conditions.
• Liaising with specialist consultants and contractors to ensure schedules of work and specifications meet customer needs.
• Championing health and safety in all work.
• Visiting customers in their homes to provide advice and information.

What we’re looking for:
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent construction qualification.
• Construction sector background, ideally in multiple areas, with a high level of knowledge.
• Renovation and adaptation work experience.
• Property survey experience.
