The firm's Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects practice is one of the largest and most diverse in the world, operating out of 18 offices. The team deals with work across a broad spread of industry sectors for clients ranging from sponsors, funds, commercial, development and multinational lending institutions to governmental bodies.

The transactional construction and engineering team forms part of the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects practice and advises on projects in a wide range of sectors and geographies, including:

  • EPC aspects of UK and international infrastructure projects;
  • Non-contentious construction aspects of UK property development transactions, including financing and real estate transactions;
  • Nuclear regulatory and projects advice;
  • UK defence procurement projects;
  • EPC aspect of renewable energy and energy transition projects;
  • Petrochemical and Mining projects.


The team are looking for an experienced Construction and Engineering Senior Associate (6-8 PQE), with a strong focus on transactional and projects work, gained at a leading City or regional firm. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. You will also have experience of managing an independent case load and working as a member of a larger team.
