Summary
The post holder will participate in collecting, recording and submitting data to meet the requirements of NICOR i.e for The National Heart Failure Audit. The post holder will be trained to perform Nurse Led Heart Failure Clinics at Clatterbridge Hospital to clinically review, educate and commence/titrate Heart Failure Medications.
