Summary
To support the project management of work carried out by Physiological Sciences and Endoscopy Network, working to the leadership team To support the robust planning, management, implementation, and evaluation of projects Where identified to lead on the plan, manage, implement, and evaluate projects. Maintain lists of all key project issues or risks Support the Networks to undertake service reviews and working with multidisciplinary, interdepartmental, and cross-organisational teams to redesign processes and roles. Have an understanding of the methodologies surrounding service improvement and project management and the application of them. Ensuring implementation of best practice across both administrative and clinical pathways. To lead on the collection and analysis of data ensuring accuracy and continual review of appropriateness. Presentation of information in graphical summary (control charts etc). To assist in the development and production of key performance indicators and ensure their delivery is timely and regular. Monitor the effectiveness of projects, using Key performance Indicators (KPIs) to track benefits, communicating the KPIs to key stakeholders, and presenting the data in a meaningful way.
