The Technical Support Apprentice will assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our POS systems. You will work closely with both the technical team and our clients, gaining hands-on experience with POS hardware and software, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for customers experiencing issues with POS machines (hardware and software).
Assist with the installation, configuration, and setup of POS systems at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems through phone, email, and on-site visits.
Document customer issues and resolutions for internal records and future reference.
Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in testing and validating new software updates and hardware components.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while assisting customers.
Qualifications:
Interest in technology and willingness to learn about POS systems and customer service.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
