Job Title: Occupational Therapist Trust: Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Location: 7-9 Cremyll road, Reading RG18NQ Ward:Intermediate Care Therapy Pay Rates: £21.80 Per hour Shift Patterns: 37.5 Mon - Fri 8.00 4.00pm Why might this job interest you? What you can add: Assess and provide high standards of initial assessment input to patients in the community. Liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and working closely Support OT /PT with the recommendations for patient centred approach to achieve their rehab goals Create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge in discharge planning and ability to make further referrals in to the community as required. What youll need: Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy.
