Job Summary:
We are looking for a BMS Designer with extensive experience in renewable energy systems to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of advanced Building Management Systems solutions, ensuring seamless integration with renewable energy sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of BMS for renewable energy projects.
- Develop system architecture, control strategies, and integration plans for CHP, refrigeration, Air Source and Ground Source Heat pumps, HVAC, boilers, Biomass, Solar, BESS, Energy Centres with Mechanical Plant etc.
- Oversee the creation of detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and layouts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and technical requirements.
- Perform system simulations and analyses to validate design concepts.
- Manage commissioning activities, including on-site testing and troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the design team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BMS design, with a focus on renewable energy integration.
- Expertise in BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of renewable energy heating and cooling and energy storage solutions is desirable.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
