Our Housekeeping Team give the hotel the ‘wow’ factor. From the moment a guest walks into the hotel and through to their room the Housekeeping Team clean and service guest areas so everything is spotless and well-prepared.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
Ensure correct type of linen is collected from the line store and transported to appropriate areas
Ensure dirty linen from the floors are transported to appropriate area and counted as per items
Maximise job efficiency by maintaining supplies and working equipment and stock up supplies after each shift
Clean areas including floors, elevators, lobbies, hallways, service areas, stairwells according to description
Collect and dispose of rubbish in assigned areas
Demonstrate excellent time keeping and complete duties assigned by HOD
Ensure safe, effective storage procedure are followed with regards to housekeeping materials/chemicals etc
Report all maintenance issues on daily basis
Ensure all work regulation such as COSHH, Manual Handling etc are followed
Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service
Assist other departments when required
Demonstrate personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimum results
Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Display excellent team working skills; work well in a team environment and motivate co-workers to sustain exceptional levels of performance
Ability to follow brand standard and deliver cleanliness required by the company
Be aware of HK SOP’s, H&S procedures including COSHH
Demonstrate ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
