Summary
To facilitate and implement the organisations plan to deliver meaningful engagement acrosseducation and the communities we serve across Northumberland to raise aspirations, improvecareer awareness, and promotion of the range of careers and routes into employment whichbenefits our communities, the Trusts and partner organisations. To enhance and develop engagement across SEND groups in North Tyneside andNorthumberland to create impactful interventions to engage, inspire and empower youngpeople with SEND to reach their full potential. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistentleadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching topromote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working andcollaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries.
