Summary

Morson Talent currently have an opportunity available for an ILS Programme Controller to work on the behalf of our Aerospace client based in Yeovil, Somerset. This is a full-time position to work on an ongoing contract.
Key accountabilities:
• Provide administrative support to the ILS Manager – AW101 NAWSARH , including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to the ILS programme
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, training, material services, operations, and procurement, to gather and disseminate information relevant to the ILS programme
• Monitor and track milestones, Contract Deliverables and metrics related to the ILS programme, and provide regular updates to the programme manager
• Coordinate and participate in customer meetings and reviews, taking notes and following up on action items
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the ILS programme, including the coordination of tasks relating to training, spares management, and technical support
• Assist in the identification and resolution of customer issues, escalating as necessary to the programme manager
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ILS programme by identifying and implementing process enhancements
• Provide backup support and coverage for the ILS Manager – AW101 NAWSARH during periods of absence

Skills and experience required:
