Responsibilities
Provide individualized and group tutoring sessions focusing on specific subjects and skills.
Develop and implement customized learning plans based on the students' needs and progress.
Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to align tutoring strategies with classroom objectives.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance for reporting purposes.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred.
Strong knowledge of subject matter and educational methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
