• An opportunity for a driven chef to join an established team, this company retains staff on average for 5 years or more.
• Opportunity to learn all aspects of the industry from tasting menu fine dining to a relaxed brasserie and afternoon tea.
• This role, suitable for a chef de parties from any background. This restaurant considers personality and attitude to be the most important. The ideal candidate will be a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie.
• You will work in a talented brigade with experienced chefs. Passion and the desire to progress is essential in this role.
• You will not be expected to work double shifts in this role.
