Summary

Children’s Social Care are recruiting to variety of Team Coordinator positions who provide a high quality, efficient and responsive business support to multidisciplined children, young people and their families Social Worker Teams. Team Coordinators are actively involved in day to day administrative support, excellent organisational skills are required, an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines. You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have experience of working in a busy environment.
Responsibilities of a Team Coordinator include arranging complex meetings, minute taking, processing request for services, financial payments, forwarding health and police checks along, updating information on Liquidlogic.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience is essential, you must have excellent IT experience, the role can be emotionally demanding and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Team Coordinator positions are available:
Assessment Team – East Locality -37 hours, full time permanent.
Permanence Team – 18.5 hours, part time permanent (Wed pm, Thursday, Friday) Kenworthy House
North Locality - 18.5 hours, part time permanent (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday am)
EHASH –37 hours, full time permanent – Kenworthy House
EHASH –18.5 hours, part time permanent (Wed pm, Thursday, Friday) –Kenworthy House
