As a Care Coordinator at Routes Healthcare, you will play the all-important role of scheduling and coordinating care visits to ensure our clients receive top-notch care when they need it.

Due to the nature of our business and the role the successful candidate will require to be in possession of a full valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.

• Role: Care Coordinator
• Hours: Full-time hours, 35 per week.
• Location: Kirklees, England
• Salary: Up to £23,000 depending on experience plus on call salary and bonus.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Co-ordinating the delivery of care using our care scheduling system
• Adapting to changes in schedules, including staff availability and new clients into existing care runs
• Ensuring that all staff attend staff meetings, supervisions, and training within CQC-required timescales.
• Assisting the Registered Manager, including general office administration tasks
• Manage on-call duties on a rotating basis
