Summary
We are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to support our busy Contract Managers in a fast -paced growing Roofing company.
The successful candidate will be able;
1. To work as part of the contracts management team.
2. To assist with ordering and invoicing of goods and services.
3. To ensure the organisation meets clients’ KPI targets.
4. To maintain accurate and timely records of job status to allow clients to access
accurate updates on current jobs.
5. Handling incoming queries from customers via telephone and email.
7. To assist in the development of reactive and pre-planned maintenance services.
8. To assist with stock control, working with the stores and contracts team to ensure the recording of incoming and outgoing items and ordering for stores.
9. Update job management portals daily and update contract managers with any concerns.
The post-holder should recognize the importance of effective communication
within the team and will strive to:
communicate effectively with other team members
communicate effectively with staff and directors
recognize people’s needs for alternative methods of communication and respond accordingly
