Overall purpose of the role:
• To work with the existing leadership to take the current vision of Eternal Life Ministries International further – to grow deeper devotion, closer in community and further in fruitfulness.
• To lead the vision of the expansion of the ministry in North London.
• Carry out evangelism and ministry outreach to win souls and grow the number of worshippers from the area

Passionate about growing the Kingdom of God and bringing people to the faith in Jesus.
Able to commit to Eternal Life Ministries International Statement of Faith and Vision.
A gifted spiritual leader able to recognise when God speaks.
Able to conduct deliverance.
Has a pastor’s heart and listening ear, caring and compassionate.
Has a strong prayer life – personally and in ministry.
Relates to and works well with others, showing wisdom and leadership.
A gifted preacher/teacher
Leadership and Relational Skills
Has excellent communication and listening skills.
Able to lead teams, develop leaders and help build ministries.
Can pastor individuals and sensitively manage difficult pastoral situations.
Good organisational and management skills.
Experience & Qualifications
Educated to degree level.
Evidence of training in ministry work.
A variety of church leadership experience.
