Summary
Adult services are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join the ICT business transformation team in a permanent training coordinator role. This successful individual will form part of the business as usual support team and support the implementation of the new electronic social care record system for adults.
This role will involve a combination of functions which include training, helpdesk support and involvement in the development of all training needs/requirements for systems that relate to Adult Social Care.
The role will be challenging but rewarding and plays vital part in ensuring that system users are supported to carry out their roles. We welcome applications from individuals who work well in both a team environment and remotely.
You will form an integral part of the project team, good working knowledge of Adult Social Care Processes will be of benefit but is not essential. This will be a fast paced role where timescales are critical to ensure the service Go Live with a fit for purpose adults social care system.
