Summary
H-Pan is a dedicated charity organisation committed to relieving poverty and
suffering, empowering underprivileged individuals and communities, and promoting
social justice through education, training, and advocacy. We are currently seeking a
dynamic and proactive Project Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in
supporting fund-raising projects and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to plan, coordinate, and execute fund-raising
initiatives to support H-Pan's mission
- Assist in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with organisations,
donors, and supporters to enhance funding opportunities
- Support in organizing events, campaigns, and activities to raise awareness and
funds for H-Pan's projects
- Maintain accurate records of fund-raising activities, donor communications, and
partnership agreements
- Provide administrative support for fund-raising efforts, including preparing
proposals, reports, and presentations
Qualifications:
- Passion for social justice and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in
underprivileged communities
- Previous experience in fund-raising, project support, or related roles is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with donors, partners,
and stakeholders
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage fund-raising
activities effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the
achievement of fund-raising goals
