Have you considered a career in dialysis where you can make a difference to individuals lives?
If so we are the unit for you. We are looking for keen and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Workers to join our growing team here at Hinchingbrooke Dialysis, one of Addenbrooke’s offsite dialysis units in Huntingdon.
This opportunity will allow you to undertake a clinical post which provides the highest achievable standard of care, following individual patient assessment of needs.
With in house training and ongoing support you will be able work effectively and without direct supervision alongside Registered Nurses/Practitioners within the ward/hospital as required on a daily basis
You will also undertake a period of supernummary supervision to learn the relevant skills for this role and where appropriate assist with the orientation of staff unfamiliar with the department.
Full time and part time hours can be considered as well as internal transfer.
Please be aware that this post involves working a variety of shifts which further information can be provided.
To assist in promoting patient care and other ward or departmental related duties as directed by Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
