Summary

Duties specific to this role are:
• Providing subject matter expertise on the NHS DigiTrials service offering to support service delivery and ensure business input into the wider NHS DigiTrials Programme.
• The collection, analysis, interpretation and prioritisation of customer requirements and working with the team to ensure effective stakeholder and customer engagement.
• Effective management of NHS DigiTrials business pipeline and related queries from a range of customers
• Development and maintenance of documentation and web-based information to support NHS DigiTrials and Research Products service delivery, for example guidance for customers / NHS DigiTrials team or maintaining standard operating procedures
• Producing management information, monitoring SLAs and compilation of reports to support delivery of the NHS DigiTrials and Research Products and Services and to enable improvement / development
• Contributing to development, delivery, and implementation of service improvements for customers and internal team processes
