Summary
The response team is based at our Town Hall office and the integral duties ofandnbsp;a Lifeline Response officer is the demonstration, installation and monitoring of various technology and the responding to any emergency calls as necessary. Our officers must be able to think dynamically, in a fast paced and busy environment.
You will be confident in the use of databases and Microsoft office packages with a good understanding of GDPR to meet with the administrative duties of the role.
You will need to be approachable with a and#39;can doand#39; attitude and amongst other valuable skills, be sociable, flexible and possessandnbsp;the ability to communicate effectively and with compassion to our clients.
It would be an advantage to have a strong background of working in a customer facing role with experience of older and more vulnerable people.

The current shifts that we have available are:
Friday evening 21:30 to 07:30
Saturday evening 21:30 to 07:30
Sunday evening 21:30 to 07:30
