Job Description

Based at Lilybank Resource Centre, Arbroath Road, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 2b.

In this workstyle work is regularly undertaken at a fixed point within council premises. There is no requirement for out of office working. You will have a guaranteed shared desk and you will work where the service is needed to meet customer demands.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, outgoing individual with a positive attitude to come and join our team. Your qualities and skills should include good customer care skills and the ability to be a team player. You will work as part of a team based within Lilybank Resource Centre providing clerical support to the Manager, Senior Social Care Officer and staff team who provide support and enable adults with learning disabilities, including people with complex disabilities, to live ordinary lives.

This is a busy environment and you will be required to use various Microsoft office packages, input data to the client index systems, undertake reception and telephone duties, filing, money handling including petty cash, lunches and comfort funds, scanning and all other general office duties.
