Being the Senior Leisure Attendant is hands on and varied and there’s never a dull moment, working across various venues, especially if you’re someone who appreciates the importance of great customer service. Our Senior Leisure Attendant is always there to provide operational supervision whenever and wherever it’s needed. You will be responsible for the effective allocation of resources and co-ordination of duties, to ensure that all our customers always receive a VIP service.

As the Senior Leisure Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring the supervision of the day-to-day operation and team performance. Through inspirational leadership you’ll lead and support the team to deliver high performance, whilst adhering to safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating others and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pool Lifeguard Qualification and full driving licence are essential.

You will work 30 hours per week.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
