Project
Assistant – Apprentice
Full time: 5 days a week
Location: Hybrid (office / field / home)
20 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shut down
1 day additional day for every year of service
Your birthday off (Friday or Monday if it falls at a weekend)
£18,000 - £20,000
5% on all introduced retainer clients (paid a month in lieu)
10% on all introduced project clients (paid on full payment of project)

Roles
& responsibilities
Client
services
-
Updating and managing property listings on behalf of the client daily
-
Designing, drafting and scheduling 3 x weekly social posts on behalf of the
client
-
Designing, drafting and scheduling 2 x weekly emails on behalf of the client
-
Planning ahead on the above so work stays on schedule and isn’t rushed
-
Reporting on and providing 24-hour call lists to the client post email send
-
Keeping the client tracker up to date with tasks and actions
-
Joining the Founder on a weekly client call to go over tasks and actions
-
Taking actions and notes in the weekly meetings and sharing with the team post
call
-
Supporting the Founder to manage the external agencies for the client
-
Liaising with external agencies on behalf of the client
-
Capturing onsite content with/for the client on a weekly basis to use on social
-
Coming up with creative ideas for the client’s socials and emails
-
Making updates to the client’s website on request
-
Assisting the Founder on one-off projects agreed by the client
-
Going into the clients office once a week to build relationships and share
ideas / capture content we can use in campaigns
-
Creating ad-hoc assets when the client needs them (business cards etc)

Creating new starter assets at the request of client
-
Business card / LinkedIn banner / Email sig / Adding to website
Agency

Writing two articles a week for the website as per a set content plan

Assisting the Creative Director where additional resource is needed

Documenting and creating content for the agency to use on socials

Supporting other teams in creative idea thinking
