Aston Villa Football Club, a legendary name in English football, is dedicated to excellence both on the pitch and off. At our premier training facility, Bodymoor Heath, we aim to provide top-tier services and a welcoming environment for players, staff, and visitors. We are looking for friendly and professional Front of House member to join our team and be the face of our esteemed training ground.- Greet and assist visitors, staff, and players with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle enquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure compliance
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Assist with any required administrative tasks
- Coordinate the use of facilities, ensuring they are set up and maintained to high standards
- Support the planning and execution of events hosted at the training ground, ensuring smooth operations
About you:
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Friendly and approachable personality
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
