Job Purpose
Looking for assistance with accessing communities, social activities and appointments.
Location: PE32, Grimston
Main Duties:
- Shopping and appointments when necessary.
- Personal Care.
- Accessing the Local Community.
- Food preparation and cooking.
These duties may vary from day to day.
Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary.

Summary Terms and Conditions
- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses as part of this role.
- The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 p/h
- 12 hours a week - to be discussed with Employer, but will be 2 x 6 hours each week, jobshare will be considered. 1 evening a month, may need to be worked.
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
- Satisfactory passing of mandatory training care courses.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
