Bayview Day Centre for Older Adults is looking for a Team Lead to join their team. This exciting post will be responsible for leading a team of staff who support vulnerable adults in a day centre setting and also provide outreach.

You will contribute to the daily activities of people attending and work in a person-centred way which promotes quality of life and maximises independence for all service users.

You must have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills.

To be able to carry out the duties of this post effectively and safely, candidates should be able to provide evidence of a good basic education, good written communication and report writing skills.

Applicants should have experience in working with people in a care setting. Minimum of SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent and commitment to achieve SVQ4 in Social Care or equivalent plus have or be prepared to undertake Administration of Medication training.

All training is provided by NHS Highland.

This is a permanent 37 hours per week post, worked in accordance with service requirements.
