Brook Street Social Care are delighted to be recruiting for a motivated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery in Daventry.

The Role:
" Full-time, 40 hours per week
" Rotating shift pattern: 07:30 - 18:00
" Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per year
Responsibilities:
" Delivering high-quality EYFS curriculum
" Planning and preparing purposeful, age-appropriate activities
" Working as a key person for a group of children
" Completing full observations and developing engaging displays
" Supporting individual children with SEND needs
" Reflecting on practice and promoting children's learning and development
Essential Requirements:
" Level 3 childcare qualification or above
" Thorough knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
" Experience of working with children
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" Ability to develop diverse learning techniques and knowledge of relevant theorists
" Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding
