We’re looking for a kind, caring and compassionate person to provide outstanding care in Chester and surrounding area. You’ll have a big smile and an even bigger heart, the type of person our wonderful clients will look forward to welcoming through their door each time you visit because you’re always on time and ready to make a difference. Must drive and be able to travel around the Chester area.
The role of care assistant is varied and no two days will ever be the same but will always be rewarding. Some clients just need a helping hand and a listening ear, whilst others will need more hands on support. Don’t worry if you don’t have prior experience, we provide full training and the chance to shadow experienced carers and our friendly office team are always there to help too.
When it comes to hours, we try to be as flexible as we can to meet your needs in regards to days you work as we understand people have commitments but will require some availability during evenings and weekends. You will also need reliable transport to ensure you can get to visits on time and help our clients get out and about.
