Join us as a Marketing & Performance Manager

  • We’re looking for a creative and influential person to join our Communications & Marketing function
  • This is an opportunity to support our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on performance media
  • As you develop close, effective working relationships across our bank, you’ll become a key digital contact for our stakeholders

What you'll do

As a Marketing & Performance manager, you’ll be managing customer growth through our digital channels and looking at how we can drive greater customer adoption and engagement with digital tools. To do this, you’ll partner with a range of teams within Comms & Marketing to deliver innovative campaigns and plan and improve digital performance.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Developing the strategy and roadmap for future marketing campaigns
  • Working in a go-to-market environment with colleagues from across the bank e.g. Data & Analytics, Propositions & Digital
  • Developing engaging content aimed at educating customers on the benefits of digital
  • Developing new content for performance media channels
  • Carrying out regular testing to make sure the most effective creative and messaging is used in all channels
  • Monitoring activity and tracking and analysing media performance to maximise our performance against plans

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with experience of working in a digital marketing environment, including experience of developing and delivering strategy. You’ll be strongly analytical with proven problem solving skills and will have a firm focus on achieving delivery through data.

You’ll also need:

  • Experience of using Adobe Analytics
  • Good knowledge of testing and optimisation techniques
  • A positive approach to change and the ability to work in constantly changing environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with a focus on delivery
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Good budget management experience
