Working as the Customer Service Administrator / Credit Control Assistant you will support the team with processing customer payments and invoices.
As the Customer Service Administrator / Credit Control Assistant you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Customer Service Administrator / Credit Control Assistant include:
• Processing customer payments (cheques, bank line transactions and card payments)
• Managing outlook folders
• Processing instant invoices
• Applying rebates to customer accounts
• Maintaining price agreements
• Emailing copy requests for statements and invoices
• Return material authorisations
• Maintaining customer information
• Data cleansing
• Sales analysis
• Provide samples for audits
• Refund requests
• Notifying sales of paid proforma invoices
• Reconciling- offsetting payments against customer accounts
• Dealing with customer queries by telephone and email
