This is an exciting time to join a redesigned HR&OD function that is making a real contribution to enable our services to have a positive impact on the Borough by modernising how we work.
In this role, you'll enable delivery of our strategic priorities by designing and implementing effective modernised people management practices. Working closely with the HR Strategy Manager and other stakeholders, you will be allocated responsibility for elements of our People Strategy by reviewing our policy framework and recommending initiatives that support effective management of the workforce and improve the employee experience.
To succeed, you will need to have experience of contributing to the development of HR strategies and be able to demonstrate the relevant knowledge acquired in a similar role or leading projects. You'll have a track record of communicating effectively and building effective relationships to achieve improvements in people management practices.
