Joining our Learning Disabilities Team as a qualified and experienced Social Worker, you’ll be innovative, person-centred and committed to working in a strengths-based way. You’ll use your excellent relationship management skills to collaborate and negotiate with individuals, their families, providers and other health care professionals, to proactively encourage independent and safe living within the community.
Whether you’re an experienced Social Worker, looking to stretch yourself and take on a new challenge, or returning to Social Work after a break, we would love to hear from you.
Within our Adults’ Community Teams, we’re investing in creating the right conditions to ensure our Social Workers can work flexibly and are given the capacity to provide the excellent level of support and attention needed, to make a real difference to the lives of the people in our community.
