Summary

Joining our Learning Disabilities Team as a qualified and experienced Social Worker, you’ll be innovative, person-centred and committed to working in a strengths-based way. You’ll use your excellent relationship management skills to collaborate and negotiate with individuals, their families, providers and other health care professionals, to proactively encourage independent and safe living within the community.
