Main duties include:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of mobile devices.
- Replace damaged or faulty parts with precision and care.
- Update clients on repair progress and provide an accurate estimate of completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile technology trends, tools, and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the team to share expertise and continuously refine our service offerings.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience.
Skills and Education:
- Proven years of experience as a mobile and electronics repair technician or similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of various mobile brands and operating systems.
- Technical aptitude and passion for staying updated with the electronics industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
