Summary
Global provider who is known for their comprehensive logistics solutions worldwide is now seeking to recruit a Customer Services Executive with background in Road Freight for their Trafford Park station.
About the role
You will be ensuring timely and efficient movement of freight and providing OVERALL exceptional customer services.
Handle customer calls and deal with queries.
Informing customers with transit times.
Track and trace of inbound shipments.
Monitoring weekly PODs outstanding.
Submit clearances to 3rd party brokers.
Managing complaints and providing solutions.
Analyze and resolve the claims and compensation cases.
Maintain good relationship and improve customer experience.
Key skills & attributes
Previous Customer Services experience in Freight Forwarding or Transport Logistics sectors.
Proven experience of using Logistics and Transport systems.
Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
Organizational and commercial awareness.
Team player.
Flexible and adaptable.
